Come and join the original surfcoast beach training team.

strength and resilience.

Introducing beach training that both prevents injury and gives you a better workout. Suitable for all everyone, even for people who have not exercised for some time! This type of exercise is great to find your way back into healthy living - or lift up your current level.

Bodyweight training, Resistance training, Functional movement and Injury prevention training by Ingrid, certified Athletics Australia coach and international athlete.

 

Autumn Timetable. 

Monday 6am and 7am. 

Tuesday 6:45am and 9:15am

Wednesday 6am and 7am.

Thursday 6:45am 

Friday 6:45am and 9:15am

Saturday 8am

Location: Anglesea front beach near the boat ramp. Monday and Wednesday early 6am trainings meet at Grass patch under the Anglesea SLSC.
